Inside Sales Executive

Overview

Adoreboard is seeking an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for prospecting, generating and qualifying new sales leads. The key requirement of the role will be to work as part of the sales team to develop new business opportunities for Adoreboard. This individual will be a self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects within agreed target markets. Multiple lead sources will be leveraged including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, personal discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality, highly motivated with the drive and ability to reach decision makers is essential. Adoreboard is a world-leading emotion analysis platform that helps agencies and brands globally make better decisions based on customer emotions.

The Inside Sales Executive expected to:

  • Introduce the Adoreboard products and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Win the interest of key individuals across agencies and brands by prospecting using a variety of tools such as telephone calls, email, social media and LinkedIn.
  • Work with internal consultancy team to define content to be used to attract interest from prospects such as market data analysis and collateral requirements for successful prospecting.
  • Undertake a needs analysis and determine prospect’s pain points to determine how the Adoreboard product and services will address those needs.
  • Adapt messaging to audience needs ensuring relevance of content communicated to new prospects to educate prospects on the business value of Adoreboard’s solutions.
  • Conduct clear and concise solution demonstrations to ensure the value proposition is evident to prospects and link to business impact
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline and have experience in applying a sales methodology to successfully move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Directly support customer due diligence needs during demo and trial periods by answering questions and helping customers evidence and communicate internally the business impact of Adoreboard’s solutions.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting timely follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel such as: proposals, case studies, explainer video
  • Work with the Regional Sales Director and CEO to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly sales and revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Adoreboard’s CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are included.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports to effectively communicate stages and progress on pipeline value.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Experience in the marketing industry preferred either at a brand or agency
  • 2-3 years telemarketing and/or insider sales experience or solution sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint/Keynote)
  • Experience with using a CRM Software preferred.

Principal Software Engineer

Job Duties:

  • Working closely with Business Leadership to ensure a thorough understanding of product and solution requirements
  • Lead design of product roadmap features and functionality of Adoreboard Products and solutions
  • Involvement in the implementation stage of the development lifecycle using Java and various Java development tools
  • Contribute to the review of design documentation, code and test strategies
  • Act as Team and Technical Lead for the Belfast engineering team
  • Perform key roles within the Agile methodology
  • Development of other lesser experienced software engineering staff

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 5 years’ postgraduate software development experience involving all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Java development on a Unix Platform
  • Experience in multi-threaded server side Java programming
  • Proven experience in the use of Eclipse, Maven, JUnit tools
  • Comfortable with Agile Methodology and capable of performing different roles across sprints
  • Experience of continuous delivery and tools e.g. Jenkins
  • Knowledge/experience in the use of the Spring Framework
  • Experience of both relational and big data databases e.g. PostreSQL
  • Experience with Agile methodology & tools, test driven development
  • Experience with version control tools e.g. Git, Subversion, Perforce

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in various AWS cloud technologies such as Cloudformation, CloudWatch, RDS, Route 53, EC2, Container Service, Lamba, etc
  • Experience in developing in dynamic language e.g. Python, Shell script
  • Knowledge of Software as a Service architectures
  • Experience of test driven development
