Adoreboard is a Gartner Cool Vendor and provides a SaaS platform for analysing text feedback to some of the world's leading brands. We're recruiting a BDR is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for our SaaS platform Emotics.


Adoreboard is a world leading ‘emotion analysis’ SaaS provider. We help brands transform their employee and customer experience by using our text analytics platform, Emotics, to analyse interactions and comments from any source (e.g. social media, NPS verbatim, reviews, support tickets) and extract ‘decision-ready insights’. Adoreboard customers use Emotics entirely as a self-serve software platform. The ideal candidate will have a technology-based sales background and be a confident, results-driven individual who can source and build new relationships easily. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver on monthly target of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) of booking qualified demonstrations of value of Adoreboard
  • Creative and personalised outbound prospecting to engage 60+ outbound contacts each day
  • Execute on outbound prospecting to qualifying leads to demonstration of value based on customer data
  • Deliver product demos and carry out initial sales calls to communicate the value Emotics delivers
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify them through the initial stages of the pipeline
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM system


  • 6-12 months experience in a B2B technology or SaaS prospecting  position
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota (on activities such as; meetings booked, campaigns responses, calls, qualified opportunities, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools such as Salesloft,
  • Knowledge of CRM and opportunity management systems
  • Strong capacity to articulate the industry-specific value proposition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A deep sense of personal responsibility and natural curiosity

Desirable Criteria

  • Worked in a fast-paced technology start-up environment
  • Experience in business intelligence, analytics or customer experience technologies
  • Passion for any of the following; psychology, technology, data, business intelligence
