Adoreboard is hiring a Head of Marketing

Adoreboard is a world leading emotional analysis platform to help agencies and brands create new customer and brand experience by transforming content from any source into unique Emotionally Intelligent Insights. Our software helps marketers make better decisions everyday by helping them understand how their customers feel about their brand. Adoreboard was recently named as ‘Best Technology Start-up’ by the influential body Silicon Valley Global Leadership Forum (ITLG).


Adoreboard is looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced marketing leader to join our team and lead our digital marketing and sales growth efforts. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years marketing experience with serious ambition.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in marketing software products and services.
  • Strong social media and online marketing knowledge & experience.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to present high impact, professional value propositions and sales pitches.
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing a strategic and tactical marketing plan.
  • Team skills and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Software sales experience is desirable.

The role requires an agile approach to marketing. With the successful candidate seeking out innovative alternatives to traditional marketing and discovering what works best to drive sales and business development opportunities. This role requires someone who is willing to challenge conventions and norms in their approach to marketing and have proven leadership skills.



  • Create and implement a sales pipeline to manage customer leads through inbound and outbound marketing activity
  • Develop and implement tactics to optimise Adoreboard website and maximise SAAS potential.
  • Hands-on execution of digital marketing activities, ranging from webinars to analyst outreach by developing and executing on a marketing plan that continually evolves based on learnings.
  • Develop fresh and creative ways to generate brand exposure.
  • Generate content for website, blogs, white papers and social media to drive online presence and brand awareness.
  • Manage content generation for customer testimonials and distribution to relevant platforms.
  • Initiate and continuously develop an extensive set of relationships with customers and analysts across a range of industry categories
  • Harvest and manage email marketing campaigns, branding, messaging and online advertising.
  • Drive revenue growth for Adoreboard through the development of creative and ROI-focused marketing (acquisition and retention) tools, processes, and strategies.
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the product to current and prospective customers.
  • Research and document customer requirements, understanding their business needs and strategically addressing these.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and industry trends along with a researched awareness of the competitive landscape to refine messaging
  • All other duties appropriate to the role and as directed by the CEO.
