About Kathakali Majumdar

Kathakali’s HR career spans a variety of roles, from generalist and operational HR to leading global Centres of Excellence (CoE). Her work has taken her through startups and multinational corporations, giving her profound insight into what it takes to create a workplace that works for everyone.

Since October 2021, Kathakali has been focusing on employee experience and engagement as part of Capgemini’s People Experience & Analytics (PX&A) team, supporting 350,000+ employees worldwide. In May 2023, she turned her attention to LSEG, where she now leads Employee Listening.

A natural innovator, Kathakali thrives on building frameworks and initiatives from the ground up, finding joy in bringing bold ideas to life. Her work is a testament to balancing operational excellence with a deep care for employee wellbeing.

Outside of work, Kathakali’s interests are as varied as her career. She’s an avid reader, enjoys swimming, yoga, and pilates, and has a keen interest in entrepreneurship. Based in Bengaluru, she brings her whole self to everything she does, including her steadfast love for animals.
