The role will be to grow Adoreboard’s consultancy practice in delivering world class technology solutions from the implementation of current client projects to driving new opportunities within major corporates and advertising/PR agencies in the UK, European and USA market places (in that order).

Fundamentally, you will use Adoreboard’s underlaying data analytics technology to meet the business objectives of the client. Projects are diverse allowing creative approaches to using insights from data to drive operational decisions or efficiencies.

The ideal person will be passionate about the benefits that insights from data can deliver and have a service focused mind-set. Your role will require you to provide expert advice and deliver on client engagements, as well as developing accounts.

To achieve this you’ll use Adoreboard’s technology solutions and methodology to add business value to customers.

Initially this will require developing relationships with key individuals at director level – usually chief marketing, data or insights officers – and then expanding out to other parts of the organisation. You will be comfortable delivering and managing complex technical implementations to help a business achieve their commercial goals. Whilst a data analyst will assist working alongside, you will be the primary owner of the successful delivery of these projects.

The role will enable you to actively support – and advise – customers on the benefits that Adoreboard can bring to them. This is a comprehensive role ranging from the development and management of a project pipeline to ensuring the effective on-boarding of bespoke services for customers.

The successful applicant will be the initial point of contact for all those engaging with Adoreboard consultancy services so their ability to understand business issues, empathise with them and deliver our unique capabilities will be paramount. Work rate and high energy approach will also be crucial.

You’ll deliver analytics based solutions becoming the de facto ‘Trusted Advisor’ for those interested in Adoreboard.


  • Ability to manage and deliver projects in complex organisations
  • Account management with a commercial focus
  • Will be comfortable selling complex solutions on a B2B basis
  • Highly practiced persuasive skills in both writing and presenting
  • Ability to link results from data analysis from diverse data sources and translate this into actions which improve marketing performance
  • Ability to quickly grasp and anticipate client needs and deliver on these
  • An ability to manage a range of projects with a realistic understanding of where they are in the delivery process
  • Ability to quickly and effectively understand prospect needs and tailor the solution to them
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to win commitment for new projects, secure the commercial deal and set up the customer engagement
  • Rigorous approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with different teams – must be a team player
  • It would be advantageous to be proficient in the use of project management tools or systems for successful project delivery


  • Knowledge of data analytics products and services
  • Previous experience of working in a solution role within a consultancy or agency environment or target sectors
  • Experience of providing solutions to technical problems and dealing with customer issues and questions
  • Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


  • Experience of developing in-house digital capability and consultancy services
  • Experience in delivering technology consultancy services in complex organisations and across marketing and other disciplines
  • Experience in delivering projects in an agile manner and awareness of agile software development methodologies
  • Experience in using a range of data analytics software to deliver consultancy projects
  • 4 years experience in a account management role preferably within an agency/consultancy setting
  • Previous experience of working in a technology/digital consultancy role within a software solutions environment or target sectors
  • Experience of providing solutions to technical and business problems and dealing with customer issues and questions
  • Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver projects.
  • Proof of ability to consistently deliver against challenging targets in a fast moving environment
